CQ-Care-DM is the system that applies Disease Management concept and implements the concept in real practices settings.

          The system contains 5 different components which will help ensuring quality of care in diabetes patients.
          One of the components that help health care team in decision making is data management software, CQ-Care-Soft. CQ-Care-Soft will provide individual patient report as well as hospital administrative report which help assisted decision making which result in more efficient care and better resource use.
          Clinical drug information and guidelines support to health care professionals in an easy-to-use-form is also available.
